Important Announcement: Local 369 Officer Election Ballots

November 3, 2020

Brothers and Sisters,

Thank you to all who have participated in our 2020 Officer Elections.

All members recently received a ballot in the mail, but it has come to our attention that the mailing house did not include postage on the return envelope.

To submit your ballot for the ongoing election, you must apply a first-class stamp to your return envelope before putting it in the mail. If you do not affix a stamp to the return envelope, it will not be returned to the Union’s P.O. Box at the Post Office and will not be counted.

All ballots with a first-class stamp should be mailed via USPS to:

Utility Workers Local 369
P.O. Box 850935
Braintree, MA 02185

If you’ve already mailed your ballot without a stamp, please request a replacement ballot from the Union Hall by calling 781-848-3740. A duplicate ballot will be mailed to you with the proper postage included.

Thank you for making your voice heard for the future of our union.

In Solidarity,

Craig Pinkham
President

Billy Glynn
Election Committee Chair
