Stewards are our first line of defense against unfair treatment by the employer. They serve as the eyes and ears for Local 369's leadership and work hand in hand with union officials to:

• Investigate potential company violations of the contract between union and management
• Represent workers' interests when they are accused of wrongdoing
• Educate workers about the benefits they enjoy as members of UWUA Local 369
• Help organize workers to strengthen the union's position at the bargaining table
