For a lot of people the start of summer means vacations and the good things that come with the summer season.

For many families their summer will be spent at Army Fisher House at Walter Reed Army Hospital, while their combat wounded and injured sons, daughters, husbands, wives, brothers and sisters will be recuperating from these injuries they received protecting the freedoms that we enjoy in our great country, the freedom that is only a dream for so many countries of the world. 

Local 369 members and retirees can honor those brave men and woman who answered our countries call in time of need by your donation to Operation Family Reunion.

Your tax-deductible donation provides transportation, lodging and food for their families.

Checks can be made payable to UWUA Operation Family Reunion and sent directly to the National office, where you will be placed on the honor roll and recognized in the “Light” Magazine.
