I would like to begin by asking for everyone to keep our brother Kevin Fidalgo and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
The Local is currently in contract negotiations with RCN (first contract), Exelon (L Street & Jets) and Boston Generating (Mystic 8 & 9 – Fore River) so you can imagine that it is very busy. I would like to thank al of the Executive Board Members, Chief Stewards, and Stewards for stepping up at this time.

Congratulations should go out to Secretary/Treasurer Dan Hurley and Executive Board member David Leonardi for reaching a settlement on the medical arbitration. This Arbitration was for the overcharging of medical cost to our members. This was a big win for Local 369 in the fight against corporate greed.

The use of the GPS (Global Positioning System) continues to be used as a tracking mechanism by the company. Remember, every member needs to protect themselves against GPS. This is where the rules are your friends.
I would like to wish you and your family a happy and safe holiday season!
